LHP® • FiLaC® • SiLaC®

LHP® (Laser Hemorrhoido Plasty)

Used as a minimally invasive therapy for advanced hemorrhoids under appropriate anesthesia.

The procedure induces a “shrinking” effect through laser coagulation of segmental and circumferential hemorrhoidal nodes.

Since the laser energy is delivered centrally into the hemorrhoidal node, treatment is tailored to the size of the hemorrhoid without damaging the anoderm or mucosa.

No foreign materials (such as clips) are required, and LHP® carries no risk of stenosis. Healing time is shorter because, unlike conventional surgery, there are no incisions or sutures.

FiLaC® (Fistula-tract Laser Closure)

A minimally invasive laser treatment for anal fistulas that preserves the sphincter muscle. The flexible, radially emitting FiLaC® fiber is precisely positioned using a pilot beam and delivers energy radially (360°) into the fistula tract.

This technique prevents sphincter damage and reduces the risk of incontinence.

SiLaC® (liečba Sinus Pilonidalis)

A recent extension of FiLaC® applications, used for treating pilonidal sinus and cysts.
Laser therapy provides excellent wound healing, minimal wound surface, and impressive cosmetic results.

Other Biolitec® proctological applications include: Polyp removal, Condyloma treatment, Anal fissure therapy.
