ELLA®

This method is used in laparoscopic surgeries for endometriosis. Endometriosis is one of the main causes of infertility in women and abdominal pain.

Biolitec® has developed an innovative technology to preserve fertility in women. The laser effectively vaporizes endometriotic lesions without impairing ovarian function and preserves the number of available follicles.

Indications

  • Deep infiltrating endometriosis
  • Ovarian endometriomas
  • Adhesiolysis
  • Salpingectomy
  • Ovarian cysts
  • Twin-to-Twin Syndrome (TTTS)

Advantages:

  • Non-contact or contact mode operation
  • Minimal penetration depth of 1–2 mm without affecting surrounding tissue
  • Preservation of ovarian reserve and fertility
  • Excellent hemostasis
  • Reduced scarring

HOLA® (Hysteroscopic Outpatient Laser Application)

A gentle, uterus-preserving treatment of polyps and myomas, especially important for women wishing to conceive.

Polyps and myomas can be quickly and gently enucleated using MyoFiber® CA and MyoFiber® CC. The use of standard diagnostic hysteroscopes with small diameters allows direct treatment during diagnosis. Laser energy prevents uterine muscle contraction, allowing the procedure with no or minimal local anesthesia. Additionally, for treatment of uterine septa, the laser offers a more conservative technique that preserves uterine muscle integrity without weakening the myometrium.

Indications:

  • Polyps
  • Myomas
  • Septum
  • Isthmocele

Advantages:

  • Safe operation in physiological solution
  • Possibility of outpatient treatment without anesthesia
  • Use of standard instruments
  • Nearly painless for patients
